ABOUT:
32 Finalists who were nominated by the community will battle in a "POLL STYLE" tournament to decide who's the best of 2009. There will be a new POLL everyday starting on April 1, 2010, so be sure to vote because every vote counts.

Each day, there will be a group of 4 people that'll be put into a poll, and forum users can vote up to 2 players they wish to see advance into the next round.

To determine match-ups and division placements, the list of 32 Finalists will be put through an automated randomizer; which can be found: HERE

The finalists are placed into 4 divisions: WIND, FIRE, LIGHTNING and WATER. There are 8 players per division and the Final 2 within each division will square off with the rival divisions in an ELITE 8 round.

By the end of the tournament, there will be one player remaining who'll be inducted into the:

RANDOMIZATION:
This is how the randomization process will occur:

Step 1: I will put a list of numbers from 1-10 and put it through the randomizer once, to determine the amount of times I'll randomize the "32 Finalist List." The number that appears first on the randomizer will be the one used for the Finalist List.

Step 2: With the number chosen (example: let's pretend it was 6), I'll take the Finalist List and run it through the randomizer approximately 6 times, and that'll determine the Division Placement by the order of the list.

Step 3: With the Division Placement complete (determines the 8 players within each division), I will once again take the numbers list from 1-10 and run it through the randomizer. I will continue the same process as in .:STEP 2:. but only with the 8 players within each division and determine to see who'll face who in the Divisional Semi Finals.

Step 4: Step 3 will be done another 3 times for the remaining conferences, and that'll determine the POLLS.

TIEBREAKERS:
Incase of a possible TIE, a new poll will be set up (with only the individuals that tied for 1st and/or 2nd place in the previous poll) that will last for 24 Hours.
