Does the list have any explicative data along with it? I won't go into detail on my behalf to explain unless it does have information that would make it relevant for me to do so. I am under the assumption this list is something of Xtreme's though (to this day he has nothing but flames for me, even in my absolute silence).

I suppose I'm curious as to if I'm not allowed re-entry, for what is the basis, if not that?

From what I can remember TTs, the reason you are not allowed to rejoin 3oD is the multiple times you have joined and left, granted as you said before not everytime was your fault. The other reason, and this is an assumption that has been going on for years now, is that you not only were caught in 2007, but that you continue to hack using the AutoIT program Savor "gave" you. I have no proof to back any of that up, as I can recall no one else does as well, all we have to go on is Daves word. Those are, I believe, to be the reasons you are not allowed to ever join 3oD again. Times change and honestly, I completely agree with Hugo about not trashing our Integrity, but I feel a test should be given to both TTs and Icy. What does it hurt to have them trial for a month? We will need all the snipers we can get if we truly want to keep this game running on SC2 and the clan running. This is just my opinion and I know my opinion doesn't matter for much at this time based on my activity.

I can't say I have a clear opinion on this voting. I think they are both great individuals, but they have clearly had alot of chances with 3oD before. Thus said, so have I. I quit 3oD about 3-4 times and joined back a while ago saying I'd stick with the clan until SC is dead or I quit. Which I have, even if it has been less active lately and alot of clans asked us to join them or some of our members quit. I was viewed as "unloyal to a clan" or a "clan hopper" by many before, only because I tried to make a clan similar to 3oD (solid core of people) to work for years. Anyway, I was honest with my intentions when I last rejoined 3oD and believe no one should be labelled (except RiFLe, he the worse clan hoppaAAaa!!). On the hacking part, everyone knows I'll believe one's word when they say they are clean, I'm just that naive (I guess), just until they get caught again, which they would be banned off the clan for.

I have not been active enough to judge, this post is NOT a YES or NO... I'll play with them sometime next week and will be able to give a more accurate answer judging their skill/attitudes if their process is still ongoing.

I understand and respect that Matt. However, in retrospect, I haven't had the autoit since before EdGe admitted to using it and joined 3oD. I gave that to him, as he stated, and we both quit hacking at relatively the same point in time. Any evidence other than that has not been substantiated, other than by the opinion of hackers like SaVoR and AngeL.

I know I haven't been on much recently. I respect Icy's decision and would be interested in playing a few games with him to garner my vote. I'm just in the middle of building a new computer so... probably won't be on until next week... hmm wait... im getting SC2 on midnight monday... bah w/e I'll probably still come on to snipe haha.

Well, maybe in SC2 everyone can have a clean slate. Then Trapp may get another chance. But as far as IcY goes, he's one of the most dominant players of all-time. He's one of my main partners also, been partnering him since 2004, and I'll tell you with a conviction, if you don't vote yes on him, you're missing out on a good contribution to the clan.

Seems like the reason TtS is on the "No" list is because he would just quit again, so there would be no point to letting him join, and because he was caught hacking in the past. About TtS being disloyal, I don't know why we shouldn't at least give him a chance as a Trial Member since the point of being on trial is to test his loyalty. We could extend his trial from one month to two, or even more, as a way for him to show he will be loyal this time. And about TtS being caught hacking, just have him record his games and that should be sufficient proof of him being legit now. Unfortunately, recording during his trial won't be enough so he should probably continue to record for as long as he is on the 3oD tag. But since TtS says he records his games anyway, then that shouldn't be a problem.

I don't really know much about IcY so I can't vote on him yet. I guess I'll have to fix my BW so I can play again .

Summary for the stupid: I don't see why we shouldn't give TtS a chance. Don't know enough about IcY to vote on him yet.

That list was made for a reason, If anyone can allow someone to join on that list its TJ, I think he should be talked too imo...but I would like to follow the list.

A trial that doesn't involve 3oD tags or anything resembling 3oD affiliation is the only way I can see Epyon starting his path towards joining 3oD. But before that, I would more quickly extend an invitation to start a trial period to Icy, seeing as I don't have any reason to doubt his sincerity and intention to remain in 3oD.

I'll give my vote on both soon. Having said that, I think that we should establish a list of 3oD members who are active enough for their votes to be considered with respect to Icy and Epyon. A few weeks of inactivity shouldn't disqualify members from voting, but members who have not bothered to log in for more than a month should probably not have any input on this particular voting session. I'll leave it to Demure to establish a list of voters, and with his permission I'll create the list myself.

So let this message serve as a notice to 3oD members. If you would like to have your vote counted, log on at least once or twice during the period where Epyon and Icy are attempting to join and speak/game with the two. Otherwise, you forfeit your right to vote. I don't think this is a lot to ask, nor do I think I am being hypocritical. Preempting any criticisms, I'll just say that during my periods of inactivity, I had no say in recruiting decisions, and rightly so. This is the way it should be.

I find it funny you are still on this rant about me being a hacker when I quit a long time ago. Also the other fact that I already stated I used it and stopped within two weeks of creating the program, and your "caught" situation was long after I gave you the program. Hmm. Dont forget you used to brag about how many people you've owned with the program I gave you. If anything, based on your point TtS, you are just as much of a hacker as I am.

Recording works yes.. but it does not prove AutoIT isn't running in the backround, which is something he most likely still has in his possession, or even recreating himself.

AutoIT was a program created by Dave "Savor" back after Vague had already intoduced SA into the sniper realm. I believe it was made as a test to see if the program was "the greatest" and ways to stop the public SA version. It got passed from Savor to TTs, Edge and Angel and all of them have used and admitted to using it before. I'm not sure where it go to after those individuals, but it's easily updated as its a simple code. That's the basic jist of what AutoIT is, Savor can explain in more detail if he wants.

I've quit for many reasons before, some arguably stupid and some arguably not. That I am not worried about at this moment. However, I know that simply making a statement on my behalf is but only the most minuscule of steps towards what I need to do to positively assert myself to the clan. That being said, I am willing and here now to make the assurance to everyone that is concerned, I would be joining only for the betterment of the clan and to play the game within it to that effect. The clan, as it stands now (regardless of the supposed lapse in activity) is simply fine in my opinion, and I hope to maximize on that case in point (to stimulate 3oD's activity). I'd be proud to become a part of it, so long as I am accepted.

In the most basic of terms, I am trying to say that if Clan 3oD is OK with me, I am OK with joining 3oD for good. With CaVaLieR as my partner, as well a part of the clan, this will only reinforce my decision moreover to do so.
