Both EpYoN (A.K.A. TtS) and IcY have expressed interest in joining Clan 3oD. I would like active members to PM me their opinions on both of these candidates. If I find that there aren't enough active members to vote, I will speak with Etra about letting them on tag for possibly a "trial" similar to that of the old process. Thanks in advance.

I dont even have anything against tts anymore at all, but he shouldnt be allowed in 3oD. He was on the list never to be able to join again. Hes had enough chances and blown them all. Icy did hack while trying to join 3oD last time, but thats been 2 yrs or so now...is that long enough? With that said I have no problem with him joining.

I don't think it's fair to assume or blame me for every time that I have parted with 3oD... and if You don't have anything against me, how is it that I blew those "chances" to begin with?

I've had a long-time quarrel with Xtreme, which is the main reason I've stayed away from 3oD and why I would assume that I'd not be allowed to rejoin... That I admit to.

I don't appreciate you bypassing protocol Demure. There are enough active members to vote, however few that may be. I am aware of at least five members who play regularly enough to vote. If one of the applicants has a history of confirmed hacking, my answer is an automatic no.

And if what Tealage says is accurate (which I would naturally take with a grain of salt) that this is the fourth time in 3oD for them, then that speaks loudly to their loyalty and intention to stay. I have seen one of these guys on many different tags, so I doubt that 3oD has anything to gain by letting them join. I don't think we need to sacrifice integrity just so we can have a couple of active snipers.

To be clear, this is only my opinion. Everyone else who is somewhat active has a say in the matter. But bypassing procedure and allowing them on tag based on the discretion of one or two people is disrespectful to those who joined legitimately.

I can attest to the fact that he has not bypassed protocol. Neither of us have made our tags or been accepted, and we've both only been truly confirmed hacking on one occasion.

3oD[AsSaSsiN] caught myself testing a maphack in 2007 and IcY was caught once as well several years ago. We both record and have done so for quite some time.

That's correct, Tonic, I did not plan on bypassing protocol without consulting other members. In fact, before posting this I consulted pretty much every member I saw online.

Also, I do remember the list SNiper is referring to, and I'm going to have to stick with it. When I took this leadership position I made sure that I respected all decisions made by previous leaders, and I don't plan on stopping now. If SNiper says it's a no, that's what I'm going to stick with. Besides, I filled SNiper's position in the first place. However unsavory it may be to me, I'm still going to respect the fact that the opinions of people like SNiper, Tonic, and Etra usually outweigh my own. From my experiences with TtS, he has proven to be a decent guy, and I wouldn't mind having either him or IcY in the clan, but if previous decisions rule that TtS may no longer join, then that's what I'm going to have to respect. So from what I've gathered, it's a NO for TtS, and IcY remains a candidate.

On another note though, I understand that IcY and TtS are partners, so if IcY chooses to opt out of the process due to the fact that his partner has not been accepted, don't be surprised. I'm not saying this will happen, but it's something to keep in mind.

Then I guess that would easily show if IcY was actually committed to joining the clan or not in the first place. I'm assuming they both decided to try out at the exact same time, of course.

Fair enough Demure. For what it's worth, I didn't intend my post to sound like a harsh rebuke, which in retrospect it did. You're a good leader. I didn't think you'd pull something like that. In any case, your decision is reasonable and I'm sure nobody will disagree with it.

Also, Epyon is tts? He told me he was Icy...I'm confused.

And you're correct, EpYoN is TtS. IcY uses the account "CaVaLieR" at the moment, I believe.

Haha, he was one of the "trainee" 3oD's back when the last recruitment policy was in place. He was one of the people who left without going up the ranks at all. Tj told me that if they were going to deny a full ride into 3oD that I should add them to the "Never Allowed Back" list, so I did.

Yeah I don't want to be misread, so before this goes any further my aka is -=^IcY^=- or CaVaLieR, my partner is EpYoN = TtS. I grew interest in joining 3oD the past month or so. I was caught hacking 2-3 years ago. I have recorded more than enough times to back up my legitamacy. I thought TtS and I could be a great asset in this clan considering we are a capital team. If he is not allowed to join for earlier incidents then grudges shall be held and that's that. I still wish to join and TtS will still remain my partner.
