Diablo (Original)

The first Diablo is probably my third favorite rpg of all time. I much preferred it to the second, maybe it's just nostalgia or the simplicity+ ambience, but every so often I'll get incredibly powerful urges to play that game, unlike the cravings I get for any other game. Did anyone else play and enjoy this game a lot?

I get the same urges lol but I don't play it because I don't have anyone to play with. If I could LAN party that shit I would, believe me lol

D1 was so nice to play just because it felt really scary and it was just like.. you don't really know what to expect next haha
D2 I played so much, its' so repetitive, it's kind of etched into my brain now

I played D1 forever, but I mostly just like to play Ironman for the past few years. I think I've mentioned it to you before.

D2 was just as fun and good in quality as D1 until the third act, in my opinion. The first two "worlds" were really addicting, and after that, the game just seemed to grind. And yes, Diablo is a very dark-lit, scary game. D2 wasn't able to recapture that, and I highly doubt D3 will.

We should start like a little group on here of D1 players. If we could find one more person, that's a full game.

Well, I might actually get around to downloading Diablo today. I'll tell you guys if I ever do it, and you're all welcome to come kill some demons with me. I've never gotten to Lv50 before, my highest was Lv36. I'd like to do it and get all the best legit equipment for once.

I use to play D1 on bnet before i started SC, I'd love to get in on a game.

Every once in awhile I go back to D1.. so fun to play.

(Hate that you can't see what items fall though, like using Alt in D2 )

Diablo 1 was so amazing... I had a lvl 43 sorc with Naj's light plate and various stuff like Archangel staffs
Brings back good memories
