Add Flame section

Perhaps add a Flame section under Snipers in the forum? So that threads like "Reveal and lock owned Rofl" can be made. Skid closed down two threads today due to people flaming each other.

i moved the flaming to a subforum within general, (and it still does add to post count)

imo does not need to be a showcased home page forum,
