You're proving that point admirably.

You guys do realize that after SC2 comes out and our forum gets more (even younger) people, then flaming will be rampant, right? As far as I'm concered, as long as no one takes their asstalking to a TeaLX/Vintage KLiT level, then it just comes with the territory. Sometimes, people flame without even realizing it. We don't have to be dictators about it.
Now, hacking. That's what we should be cracking down on.

I'm not suggesting that I can't take a hit, that cracking jokes isn't OK, or that this forum should be treated in a completely serious manner at all times... However, everytime I read a topic, no matter what it may be, it seems to be full of obscene and slanderous posts.
It's nothing more than petty quarrels of bias... people going back and forth about absolutely nothing at most.
A perfect yet limited example can be seen in this topic:
Masterful@USEast
The focus of the topic, as it is named, is Masterful@USEast. However, as soon as SaVoR (...a moderator?) sees who chose to create the topic, the focus immediately changes to his warped opinion of me, and for that matter anyone else who wishes to chime in, such as Oragami did in this post: Masterful@USEast. He is suggesting that I gave him something which I have never even tried, and now his opinion may be taken into account as true, when in fact it is nothing but slander and a flat-out lie.
A perfect way to resolve this sort of matter, would be if the users knew how to use the forum properly in the first place. For example, Oragami or SaVoR: If you do believe me to be a hacker, and you have evidence of such, post it up in the Hacker section. Don't go on about something completely irrelevant of the topic that you are posting in. It is garbage to that topic, regardless of what it is. This proper use of the forum, which I refer to now, would make the forums much more active and user friendly. There would be more topics to choose from, of which make more sense, and it would not be such a big toss-up of misplaced crap-talking that your average user has no inclination or place in responding to.
ZER(o), although you may be deaf to all of this by now, which I do not blame you for being, you fail to see the big picture. This forum is being misused, just as the last one was. I HAVE attempted to crack-down on hackers, and the very essence of what I am saying was displayed in that very topic that I attempted to so in.

I think the problem with most people is that its a hassle. Why make a whole new thread about a statement someone said that was pointless to begin with, when it's easy to reply with a statement right then and there. These three posts in Masterful@USEast build up to the offtopic/flame posts.

Who cares about this hacker? I do not know. I am not clairvoyant. I choose to warn the community out of nothing but respect for real snipers. If that's a problem, shut up and go home.
Takes one to know one huh TtS?

K.. proof that you aren't hacking? gg.
These three posts (actually the first 2) was a stairway that lead to additional rambling and eventually flaming. Where do we draw the line? Should we have a moderator move the first two or three posts into the flame section so that they/you can continue their off topic conversation?

I agree with Zero. It should be fair game, to an extent.

Mod edit: Irrelevant to the topic and just plain bashing. Oragami, this is strike 2.
