Title Says It All, putting yourself in the list is not allowed, and frankly it shows what kinda person you are if you do.
My Top Ten Sniper List (assuming these guys dont hack)

1. HaVoC, fuck u dude I hate how fast u lock, and how u still implement angles with dlocks.
2. Tealage, he's pretty smart tactically, other then that.. lol xD
3. Lock, putting him being a faggot aside, his sniper skills are pretty good.
4. TkO-RiFLe nice vidz and fun to play against, cause he comes into the game with the mindset of winning, every single time. I like that.
5.Great, People say he sits, and he does occasionally but a lot of the times its a brilliant tactic and not a sit.
6. x)flipz(x Inspired my Slock
7. FlinGz same as flipz inspired me to use Slock
8. IvIS-Relieve he'd deny it but he's pretty damn good.
9. TTS, assuming he doesnt hack, his QL has gotten pretty nice.
10. Lethal]zl[ assuming he doesnt hack, but honestly his aka is LoKz and I think he does still possesses hacks. He is pretty fast.

My list consists of only snipers that I have seen active lately... and it is in no particular order. It's hard to rank snipers these days... these are the 10 best snipers in east right now

Tealage - Highest snipers IQ and is pretty fun to play with, makes public games comical with his silliness. The type of sniper you can depend on when you are down two flags with 3 minutes left (personal experience)

Lock - Talk shit and he will unleash his fury of uploading 20+ replays of owning your ass lol. I believe he is "most feared" right now. I laugh at how naive he used to be as a newbie

Oragami - I admire that he admits what he has done in the past. Had a rough history promoting hacks and talking a lot of shit. But today, he is a top tier sniper that will record when asked and never talks shit. Went from e-gangster to a respected Sniper pro lol. Skillwise, his true colors shine in private matches. He's very unpredictable and his gameplay is mixture of surprising, tactical gameplay and all out aggressiveness.

Luck - Great skills and has a good attitude. The calm player that never gets into trouble. KT + GLANCING was a deadly team I always had trouble with in the past

Rigo - He seems inconsistent at times but is a great sniper anyhow

Trapp - very skilled player that always strives to win the match. Motivates his teammates well in the private matches

Rifle - Complains too much imo, but that shouldn't change the fact that he's really good

Stone - Earlier this year I labelled him as one of the most over rated snipers I have ever seen, but as I play with him now I can't help but stress the fact that he's just flat out a top tier sniper

Lethal - Again, as oragami said, assuming he doesn't hack he is one of the fastest i've seen.

skiD - I don't think he is as good now as he used to be (im not sure haven't played him in awhile) but is definitely a good sniper to worry about


honorable mention

bang aka prison - Kid is pretty good and I've known him for awhile.. But he has so much unused potential. He tends to complain a lot and has a poor reputation.

IvIS-Happy, aka Pow - I can sense a lot of potential, but he hasn't bloomed yet. I believe he'd be a lot better if he learns to focus more on the game than complaining about how he died after every death. He has a great understanding of teamwork and tactical awareness, however, he fails to execute his actions in the game at times.

SOLAR - He'd be my #11 but not enough room. Really really good sniper but at times I feel he is over rated

PhenoM - if he was active again, he'd definitely be on my list

Unconquerable - same as phenom ^

Oh man.. I feel so noob. I don't remember a lot of people I used to play with LMAO T_T I would love to contribute a list right now though..
I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this topic though to see if some names here spark memories so I can come up with my own

LocK : Comes back and still is top 5 sniper
LucK : Always good tw and challenging/fun to play against
Rigo : On top of being good he brings entertainment into the game. Also fun to play against
Oragami : IvIS Best sniper. A really good pner, althought drama surrounds him always fun to play with or against.
Stone : Good pner, has some amazing shots i havnt seen done b4.
Solar : Good motivator, good tw and helps out with sniper community
Lethal : Smart player, goes in game visualizing the win.
Saiyan : Although his legitness is questionable, he does things in games ive never seen before.
Tealage : Been around a long time plays smart and keeps you on your tose.
Tko-Blue : Didnt hear much about him prior to joining IvIS but often times i find it hard to keep my mvp when im pnering him.

I have others that should be mentioned.
