Rankings 2011

Solar has seem to have disappeared.

With him making his ROS, he has proven to me there are still the odd snipers out there and are looking to play again. For that reason I will bring back Rankings, it will be identical to the last one.

For all those that didn't play in 2010's rules and everything will be posted once again.

I decided to use the Rankings 2010 (league) again because I found it worked the best and was one of the most simple leagues to run.
