I'll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody, a rock would tear that crap up in two seconds. When I play Rock, Paper, Scissors, I always choose rock. 1.u can wad paper up and shove it down someones throat.
2. U can fold paper into origami, and make whatever u want out of it. a Box For example, and stick rock in it.
3. U can fold paper into a tightly folded pouch that binds scissors together therefor making them nulled.


Scissors can only cut paper, but paper can be folded back together
rock can only weight down paper, but like u said it can fold around rock, therefor absorbing rocks 'state of being' and adding to its own leetness.
