Questions Regarding RoS

Only questions being posted here, and answers given to the questions will be tolerated. Judges and people in the know may answer, however, this isn't a forum to discuss or dispute rules. It's merely to clarify any inquiries.

Hey I'm curious about the FEE... So you DON'T have to pay, but paying gives you some priviledges, that's how I understand it?

Do you HAVE to pay to be a captain or a judge? Also I've noticed that no one who signed up is saying they are actually paying anything... Aside from you

Good questions. I know there are some good natured people out there who want to support the community, so I figure it's worth offering the opportunity to donate. To be a judge or a captain, it is not mandatory, but just think. If everyone or even half of everyone just threw down 4 $, we could get a couple hundred bucks in the pot, and that'd be pretty exciting. Obviously the league is not focused on a cash prize, but it will be rewarding for the mvp and the captain of the winning team to receive a free meal or whatever and provide a little more motivation

If no one wants to donate, that's fine as well, but we're only in the first couple days of signups, and I've only started promoting it just recently. I expect a few people will, it's really easy to use paypal, and 4$ is chump change to anyone who has a job!

I do like the idea of trying to get things more competitive with prizes and such..the only thing that worries me is that, since there is money on the line people will do everything to be the best which does increase the chances of hacking/cheating.

Question about recording. So, do you record every game and upload them only if you were asked by opposing team? Or only the winning team upload? Any penalty involved?

uploading should be done by both teams, REGARDLESS.
