I have moved these three forum categories into sub-forums under general,

imo it makes more sense and makes the whole snipers forum section cleaner looking.
Also a forum is usually considered more likely to attract new members if there is less clutter in forum selections, if you disagree thats fine just say so.

If you agree/disagree with the changes let me know. So we can get a general consensus.
