A little help please

Where do i got about getting the starcraft map editor?

i have the non-online version of sc2, but i was thinking of making a map, snipers style but instead of snipers, it will be shotgun style.

want it to have a spray shot, and more damage depending on the distance, kind of similar to halo i want it to have a specific distance of 1 hit kill, etc.

Any help would be appreciated

You have to update the game in order to get the map editor.
