Answer: Im not sure what your asking, but i think, this is what you want to know..You just submit the games you WIN. Dont post any losses.

Question : do both teams has to Agree about being a SR game first or no need?

Answer: No need to agree

Question: Do you need a SS or u can just name the people that were in game and post replay?

Answer: You dont need a SS. Just post the players plz and MVP.

Answer: I guess it would be nice people dont post duplicates, but I do have a way to know.

Most people dont hack anymore, and nobody likes uploading there videos cause it takes too long. This is the best way to do it, if you dont like it dont play.

They can use Maphack SniperAssist and Lathack? - Thats bassicly what your allowing in your league. Im not participating im just saying. I mean hell takes just as much time saving the replay then uploading it thru fileshare or whatnot people are just lazy.

The Nobody hacks anymore comment is bullshit. IvIS-Scope was just caught hacking. And there are others. Just community isnt big enough to hear much complaining about one individual.

All players should agree for the game to be a ranked game, otherwise you can just play not so good people and say, "Oh this is for SR" and win always. Kinda pointless then. They should be matched, pre-agreed to games.

Also so many people hate uploading and wont do it, which will have no games..
This league isn't for money or life and death, it is meant to be a competitive league for others to play in and "have fun".
